How long we keep personal data

Woby does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. You can submit a request at any time to have your personal data removed. This can be done by sending your request to Woby by post or e-mail.

If a legally established minimum retention period applies, your data can only be deleted after the specified period. The minimum retention period of debtors and creditors administration is 7 years, based on the State Taxes Act.

These parties only have access to the data they need to carry out their assignment.

We conclude an agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

Woby remains responsible for these processing operations.
